Here we go again! Welcome to the Weather 20/20 Intelligence Report. We will go in-depth and discuss how this developing storm right now has so many characteristics of what has already happened many times this season.

We are experiencing weather concerns in many areas from farmers worried about drought conditions growing and impacting their planting and growing seasons ahead, to way too much rain in other areas, severe weather, and snow.

The Winter Storm Warnings are for the Sierra Nevada range near Lake Tahoe northward, and across the northern plains. There is also a severe weather risk today:

The major flooding risk has our concerns as some spots may approach 12” of rain. Before I move on, here is today’s video:

This weather pattern has been so consistent, and at the same time very frustrating for some of you out there. The spots that are the driest are not that far away from where the flooding rains will be developing, as you can see on this next chart.
