The weather pattern is cycling and we are in the 7th cycle of this year’s weather pattern. In this report we will show the September 10 to October 7 model outlook and track the hurricanes intensifying as I am writing this report. Here is one of the maps showing percentage of average rainfall from North Dakota and Minnesota south to the Gulf coast:

Let’s get started with the tropical discussion and then get to more of these LRC® model predictions.

Do you remember what was happening just a little over a week ago? Major Hurricane Hilary weakened into a tropical storm and tracked right over the most likely spot predicted by the LRC & Weather 20/20. Yes, as you can see above, the red circle is Hilary and the yellow circle is the location of an EF-1 tornado that touched down just east of downtown Los Angeles in Montebello. The tropical system tracked almost directly over the same spot.
