Welcome to the Weather 20/20 Intelligence Report. We will be streaming on WDAY Flag Family Media tomorrow across North Dakota and surrounding areas to discuss the spring forecast and answer questions about the LRC; so call in if you would like. We will have three LRC Certified Meteorologists, Dean Wysocki, Justin Storm, and myself in the discussion on the Jay Thomas show, with agriculture expert Bridgette Readel offering great insights!

The weather pattern is cycling according to the LRC, which is the centerpiece of the big atmospheric jigsaw. We are currently in the fourth cycle of this year’s weather pattern that set up last October. It has two weeks to go before we begin the fifth cycle. There have been growing dry areas in the past 30-days, which I will show you in just minute, but hang on as these next two weeks have some potentially wet storm systems that will produce rain and snow in areas that need the moisture.

During the past two weeks the United States of America experienced a deadly tornado in western Ohio which was part of a severe weather outbreak, a major 50” snowstorm in the foothills of Colorado, and more significant weather. There was a segment of the LRC that just cycled through during this past two week stretch. What is going to happen when it cycles through during the second half of April? Take a look at this next slide:
